Update 2: In the comments on Reddit, they suggest that this is Snow White. I don't know. I perceive this as a proper name and don't associate it with snow, but rather with dwarves and apples.

"cannot be the target of spells or hero abilities" - they were probably just too lazy to write it out.
They don't shorten it in Heroes of Might and Magic either. But they indicate it with diamonds.
