NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

I'm sending a large screenshot of the Guardians and a screenshot of the Archers; I'll be changing the abilities and descriptions. Magic arrows are more suitable for a "good" upgrade; the villains will get poisoned arrows and also a crippling wound (in the multiplayer version, spiky and piercing arrows have a similar effect).
