You need to extract the mod from the HW mod folder; you have to go through several folders to get to HW_rules_1.38; SD mod doesn't open nested folders.

Could you please tell me exactly what I need to do? Should I copy the _HW_mod DLL from the folder to somewhere else? And why "HW_rules_1.38," shouldn't it be disabled?
