The plugin's name and version number didn't change after the tower fix. If you downloaded it before the re-upload, you have an outdated version with a messed-up tower upgrade, and it won't connect with the updated one. The current installer weighs 493559 bytes. Added 12 minutes later

Will the library spell drop if the library hasn't been built yet?

I don't know, I didn't delve into the code. Vik asked me if I could unlock the HotA tower upgrade. Instead of answering, I took the HotA Rules 1.37 source code I had and quickly patched it in 10 minutes. I spent another 10 minutes testing to see if everything worked. The report about the tower upgrade not working properly made it clear that the upgrade in 1.37 didn't work the same way as in 1.38. I looked at the code again, found a bug, and fixed it as I saw fit, quickly, without really understanding how it works in HotA Rules 1.38. If you have any comments, suggestions, or anything else, please write. I will try to delve deeper into the code and maybe fix something else.
