SRD, your mod (idea) is definitely beautiful and unique, but how do you plan to add it to the game? It won't work just as a mod – it affects the game mechanics.

What do you mean by "just a mod"? Almost all mods affect the game mechanics. Besides, almost everything has already been implemented – the problem is that I've reviewed the concepts of the skill wheel and the magic system countless times (this leads to having to rework the wheel, which takes time), and there's also a lot of work with textures. For example, I'm currently creating icons for mass and enhanced spells (the idea isn't mine – there's a similar mod, but the icons there are poorly made, so I'm drawing everything myself). Plus, I reworked the summoning magic (within the framework of Ashan, it's a very non-canonical school, even though almost all the spells are from the original magic – I essentially reworked it into that). Also, I didn't plan to add new heroes, but to make the mod compatible with NHF, but due to the large number of changes in the skill wheel and some changes in magic, I decided not to (adapting NHF to Harmony would require reworking almost every hero), but I think the number of heroes, which is 8, is too small. I decided to first increase it to 10, then to 16, and now there are 20 in total – that's why it's taking so long. I apologize for the wait – there's nothing supernatural in my mod, but the amount of work turned out to be large.
By the way, I abandoned the idea of making differences in the principles of calculating spells of different elements – this makes sense if you play on small maps, but when playing on large maps, the balance will start to break, and there are players (and there are many of them) who like large maps, so I will also take into account the possibility of late-game play (I don't like such maps, but as they say, there's no accounting for taste)
