In theory, the files can be extracted (using a special archiver) from some file in the Data folder, processed, and then put back and saved. But there are many files, and it would take a long time to find the specific ones needed, as they have non-standard extensions and cannot be easily viewed. Therefore, if you are not familiar with this, it will be quite a hassle, and it’s probably not worth trying, as the game is not worth the effort.
