= Mods that replace individual factions =

Can you help me understand what might be the problem? About 35-40% of the units from the Oblivion town are missing; instead, I see the regular Inferno units.

When I installed a mod that replaced 4 factions, I had the same issue. The mod is unpredictable; I installed it 3 times, and each time, some things appeared, while others disappeared.
