What is your opinion about neutral creatures?

I was laughing for a long time when that amazing monster – a whale-fish – attacked me. Then I stared at the screen, watching my losses. Neutral monsters are, of course, a good thing. There are also neutral heroes with their own armies, which is also a plus.
P.S. What are we discussing here, neutral monsters or neutral armies?
