However, I agree with Numa – it’s unlikely that players who haven’t played half of their games will suddenly start playing at a fast pace, especially now, during the summer. And as a result, they’ll end up with zero points.
Also, it’s unclear which tournaments are being referred to that are preventing players from participating in this one.
Overall, there aren’t many dynamic players in this tournament; the regulations themselves simply imply a slow pace.
