NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

Well, you can take them from there, because the textures seem to be from there!

The textures are indeed from there; at least the wooden staff will definitely fit well and doesn't really look like a wizard's wand; it's more like a stick-club.
There's a picture circulating on the internet with such staffs, but I haven't seen them anywhere. If it's not just art and they can be extracted from somewhere, that would be ideal.

I searched the internet, and it seems these staffs were made for Dark Messiah on Xbox. It's unlikely that they can be extracted; it's easier to come up with something else.
