Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I haven't had much success with diplomacy, although I haven't really tried. Usually, my relationships with neighbors are such that they either close their borders to me, declare me an enemy, or even start a war. Right now, I have some weaklings hanging around on the outskirts of my empire; I could try to establish relations with them, but I'm a hive mind, and I might accidentally wipe them all out, like I did with some weaklings on a colonized planet.

By the way, I enjoyed playing as a hive mind. The bonuses are quite good, influence accumulates additionally, there are no suspicious political movements, no need to please anyone, the ruler is immortal, and there's no nonsense like "The guy promised to build stations if he's elected, and the guy delivered."
