In some sense, we are all "for sale"; receiving a salary, a fee, or commissions/profit—it is normal to receive some reward for your activity. I see nothing unnatural here.
It's another matter that you cannot sell your reputation for any amount of money, let alone announce it publicly. It is practically impossible to restore afterward. It's like losing your entire army on 141 by being a noob in Dragon Utopia; basically, you have to start a new life:)
