Well, I mean, they didn't kill the core of the deck – you can still use cockroaches to win, although it's much harder now. I'm exaggerating, but there's a difference in approach: I think if Blizzard were to nerf the deck, they would simply replace the cockroach rush with a storm.
Levai, based on my experience playing before the "Horn of the Abyss" expansion, I wouldn't say it was overpowered. And Cerberus is quite balanced, in my opinion. Aggro decks always played it, but it didn't dominate everyone. But I agree that Hector could use a nerf.
