Arandor, hello:smile02:. It depends. Whether it's a direct hit or fire breath. The latter, yes, but not the former. However, it's a double-edged sword; it won't affect the Phoenix, and it's a fire shield.;)

Leshy, I don't quite understand the meaning of your statement. Fire breath only affects the second unit, the one standing behind. And the shield works when attacking or defending:)
As for the Ifrit and Phoenix, they only deal half damage to each other.
