There are too many "smart" people with their exclusively "significant" opinions.

Your opinion about tightening the rules is also very important to us (not really) and is not off-topic; you could have described the essence of the problem and methods for solving it in another section, where you could have done so calmly, instead of creating off-topic posts, otherwise you contradict yourself.
