Simultaneous turn in a turn-based strategy game.

To be honest, I think the forum rules regarding off-topic posts need to be stricter. For example, if a topic has a "Important" tag, posts that are not related to the topic and do not carry any meaningful content should be deleted, similar to what Romantic tried to do at the beginning of the topic, but instead of just deleting these posts, assign penalty points.
There are too many "smart" people with their exclusively "significant" opinions.
