Baratorch, as far as I understand, is not interested in developing SoD because of HoTA — is that the reason or something else?
I love watching Heroes streams. I only watch HoTA streams.
That is, if I go to heroes3.tv and don't see a single HoTA stream, I'll just leave and prefer to do something else. And I would prefer a HoTA stream from a beginner over a SoD broadcast from a top player.
Oh, how I'm waiting for the release of the new HoTA... and my own online service.
I want to see the mirrored Jebus Cross, new template revisions, and things that can't be talked about yet...
I wrote to Baratorch not long ago on his YouTube channel about OH in SoD with an offer of money. But silence in response so far.
I don't really have the opportunity to read, let alone reply to messages. My apologies to everyone I've ignored.
Releasing the latest updates and fixes for HD cost me a lot.
If it's a matter of money, I'm ready to sponsor...
I work on Heroes or things related to Heroes out of interest and love for the craft. Arousing interest in something I initially have no interest in is very difficult for me.
OH is not just 3 months of intensive work (up to 12 hours a day) and 2 years of fine-tuning (which isn't finished yet). It is the culmination of all the previous 6 years of work on HD and HoTA. How many hours have been spent on all of this...
It would also be good if OH wasn't buggy
Because if you do write something, it's mostly rather uncommon complaints in the HoTA thread or even in the Tournament threads. Here's one of the last fixed OH bugs — you could say Sav fixed it. Although it's not Sav's job, it's mine. He keeps an eye on the Tournaments and HoTA threads. I don't.
Then, if Baratorch's position on OH in SoD doesn't change, I think it would be perfectly reasonable to ask him to provide the honestly borrowed and processed OH base, up to the point where he started using Sav's developments.
Although his code is at most 300 lines (which even I didn't understand 100%).
Currently, the OH code in HD is about 7,000 lines of direct code + an unknown number of lines from the HD and HoTA base not directly related to OH.
In total, there are about 80,000 lines of code in HD for HoTA.
