Harmful and dangerous to whom?

To normal people and their children, because all sorts of people "born under the rainbow" hang out there... or all sorts of torrents with Russian movies... the only bad thing is that they also shut down old Soviet films, but there are normal and proper torrents! So - for normal citizens of the Russian Federation, blocking it is only a positive thing!
