It turned out to be an interesting game. We farmed for three weeks, then fought for a couple of days, then farmed again. We farmed army: I farmed Titans, my opponent farmed Angels and meat from double Conflux, because by the 2nd month there were as many as two Dragon Utopias revealed for both of us (with slag). The key moment was that the opponent placed a fat piece of farm in the center, which I was spotting with vision. On the last move, I hit it with Dimension Door and killed it. Then, emboldened a bit, I started actively taking towns, while the opponent looked for control, which they never found, even with the Dragon Utopia. Seeing no prospects, the opponent surrendered. Post-game analysis revealed a very close Dragon Utopia that would have changed the outcome of the game. :smile31:
Thanks for the game!
Such madness happens rarely, but it does happen. By turn 214, 70% of the map was uncovered, but not a single Dragon Utopia; no Town Portal was given in 4 Obelisks, not in Shrines, not in Pandora's Boxes, not in scrolls. A bunch of leveled heroes, a mountain of meat, but apparently it wasn't my day; when part of the farm was killed, I didn't want to continue this mockery.
Thanks for the game!
