I bought a red Necro for 6600.
On respawn I immediately saw stables, the gold situation was decent, normal roads.. in general, the layout seemed okay. A few days later, it turned out that besides this, the respawn only had 1 Griffin Conservatory and that was it.
I barely scraped together 450 skeletons by Week 2 Day 1 and rushed Goshannon to the Dragon Utopia. The Dragon Utopia turned out to be a max-level one, but I handled it fine, leaving a stack of 400 skeletons; it dropped КЗ, wings, plate armor — in short, everything needed except stats.
On the same turn, my opponent decided to hit ГО without oil, without mana, and without the growth bonus, ГО was killed with heavy losses, but the stack of 42 cyclops following them couldn't finish the job and he surrendered.

By the way, on respawn there was a very rare chest with 15 Griffin Conservatory Liches, and in the center you could gather 124 ducks.
