Basically, that's what I did with the elves; I inserted a piece of a body part. But when I put it into the 6th outfit, it changed color and looks different from the body. I did it in Max first. If it hadn't been so different, it wouldn't have been so noticeable, really.
And I decided not to bother with the Inferno creatures (their arms also sink in), the character bends their back too much.
I have two options: either delete this animation altogether, or, as a second option, attach a non-active model in a joyful pose. The dinosaur will be active, and the heroine will just raise her hands for a few frames.
It's a pity that we can't extract the skeleton from the game... We could have a lot of new models now.
We can extract the skeleton (it's a Granny Skel) - our esteemed comrade Pesmontis showed how to do it using his ArchAngel utility and some old version of 3ds Max - the problem is getting it back in a normal form; something needs to be adjusted in the bone weights and their attachment to the mesh... Our esteemed comrade zAhaR went a different way, but he used some other software for this...
Regarding the color change of the parts, write to my email - psatkha@mail.ru - I'll send you a link to the utility you need!
