The main organizer has an interesting logic, to say the least. I'm afraid that, based on it, the Chernozemye Cup will definitely stay in Michurinsk :)
In my opinion, 6-7 days including travel time is a bit too much. I'm out.
When a meeting is scheduled in Vaskelovo and then canceled, that's normal. When the idea of holding a CIS tournament in Spain or Greece is considered, that's also normal. But when a tournament is scheduled in a city known for Heroes, with a free gaming room, free accommodation, and minimal expenses, it turns out to be too much, and the organizer has an interesting logic.
There's no need to over-dramatize your decision not to attend; if you're not coming, that's fine.
