1)Wing is perfectly fine in 2.1 (and he's not very well-liked on Yubi).
2)Deleb, you can play against the computer or a friend, but on Yubi and in Tournaments, 95% of the time they'll tell you to change your hero or they won't play with you, and other Inferno heroes are IMHO not better than Sylvan heroes.
3)Well, I wouldn't say that 10 hunters are so much worse than 30 archers, considering their damage is 4-7*2=8-14 while the archers have 2-4:)(80-140 per attack for elves and 72-144 with Dugal's "Shooting" ability for humans). So personally, I don't understand how Ossir is inferior to Dugal at the start:)
Vaishan with 30 scouts (there are actually 21-30 of them), who cannot poison and have a penalty for shooting...(these 30 saboteurs will only deal 30-60 damage per shot). How is he better?
Hafiz, if I'm not mistaken, is also in the doghouse just like Deleb...Vittorio is also a hooligan.
Generally, people don't like playing against machinists, especially on small maps.
