Walkthrough tips, Discussion of Campaigns [Heroes 5]

Sorry for the off-topic, but I was struck by the logic of the Nival Interactive developers:
1) In the campaign for the Dungeon, the Elves have dragons. In the campaign for the Haven, you have to retrieve the dragons that left long before Agrael came to the Elves. This raises the question of where the Elves got the dragons from???
2) In the campaign for the Haven, there is a mission in which you have to defend the Elven capital. This capital is a disgrace to the Elves. It is not even fully built, and it doesn't have a Shrine of Ash!!!
