9 factions are great! It's becoming almost impossible to create an Elemental Castle because all elementals are equal and have level 4! Perhaps you could add a level 7 Phoenix and come up with something for levels 2 and 3! To maintain balance, they shouldn't have levels 1, 5, and 6! But still, it would be better to bring back the Swamp! The main creatures would be Gnolls and Lizards. And they also have a Basilisk and a Gorgon! Make the Basilisk a level 7 creature, a very large snake that can crawl over everything and even over castle walls, and also attack from below (something like a Griffin, but emerging from the ground)! The Gorgon will be a level 5 creature! Level 6: Gnoll Witch (archer like the League of Shadows), level 4: Swamp Warrior (sticks to the ground like an Ent)! Level 3: Gnoll riding a snake!
