Partially remote - yes. My brother will be there in June, he can check everything out and take photos/videos. I'll take care of the prepayment, and I'm ready to fly there a few days before the guests to sort out all the remaining details. In the worst case, there are relatives there, you can always ask them for help, and if the location is decided in advance, then everything can be prepared in advance and more thoroughly, the main thing is to decide on the city, if they consider Anapa to be a bad option, then no problem.
I have experience in organizing, I don't see any insurmountable difficulties.
