Hello. I recently discovered a good game called "Dungeons & Dragons Dragonshard." It features a faction of lizardfolk, which is quite in line with the Heroes of Might and Magic style. Perhaps it would be worthwhile to take some building ideas from there. If needed, I can rip them myself and provide them to you in *.OBJ format.
