Well, yes, 100k is based on the idea of covering travel, accommodation, and food expenses for one or two people, and also paying them for their work. That's not a bad opportunity for someone to travel. However, they should consider it as a job rather than a way to have fun. Another option could be to organize a kind of contest. For example, throughout the year, anyone interested could occasionally stream, play/stream other people's games, discuss, and engage in dialogue with viewers. Then, through a popular vote, we could select the best two and send them to the event.
