To be honest, I don't quite understand how to organize a decent internet connection in the forest, many kilometers away from the city – that's one thing. Also, you need good computers, because laptops don't always meet the necessary requirements – that's two. In serious tournaments, there are federations and sponsors. But for now, everything is organized with the money of the participants and the organizer – it will be a friendly gathering.

Well, we've come to the questions, so we need to choose a location based not only on convenience, but also on the availability of a good internet connection; I understand that there are few such places. But that's what the voting for the CIS location is for. The availability of computers is a problem, but it's solvable. At least, renting them hasn't been prohibited yet. As for sponsors, things are too unstable here. An event that takes place once a year... but I think we'll have enough support from the audience for now. If we start acting right now.
