WHAT HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR:
1) Currently, 3 factions have been replaced: Academy, Inferno, and Stronghold, with Fortress, Conflux, and Castle.

3 factions have been replaced, but one is still a separate file (large mods take a long time to process when internal files are changed, so for now, everything is fragmented).
