Yesterday, I watched the movie "Get Out."
You could say that it has similarities with the movie "The Skeleton Key," but without the mystical elements. I figured out most of the plot points almost from the beginning, but the ending was different from what I expected.
You wouldn't call this movie a horror film, although it does classify itself as one. But there are some awkward, creepy, and even bloody moments, but they didn't overdo it with either.
The only thing I didn't like was the main character's friend, who served as the "comedic element" in this film; he was incredibly annoying. I had the feeling that the actor just came in, made silly faces in front of the camera, thinking it was funny, got paid, and walked off into the sunset.
In any case, it's a decent movie, and you can watch it; I was satisfied.
