NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

In version 0.86, some heroes and heroines that were relevant in version 0.85 will have their icons changed (or replaced through a swap). For example, Kiina will have this icon... because this version is more suitable for her description!

But this icon belongs to Jhem http://ru.ashan.wikia.com/wiki/Джем
Using identical icons is not good, which means, as I understand it, Jhem will not be used. The Elves already have the fewest heroes, and we need to use everything available in Ashan (there are only 24 of them).
There are few Elves for two reasons:
1) In the campaigns of the Hammers of Fate and Tribes of the East, no new Elves appeared (unlike other factions in which new campaign heroes appeared)
2) There were no Elves in Heroes 6
3) In Heroes 7, half of the heroes were from Heroes 5 (that is, Heroes 7 brought us few new heroes for the Elves)
Or will Jhem get a new icon??? - but why?
