Ranger - "Higher Vampire" [5th Campaign, 5th Mission]

off: Fedya, unlike Faydaen, sounds somehow closer and more familiar... because he managed to annoy us all so much with that very elven campaign that it almost caused a nervous tic :D...

And reducing the effectiveness of the special ability is the worst thing that happens when you decrease the level... everything else is only a plus...
