Right off the bat, I had 7 heroes, more than my opponent. I had a block on half the respawn but didn't take a restart. I placed Angels on 115, though it was a struggle (I was short on resources and had to sacrifice some meat on Dragon Flies). On 116, I broke into half the respawn but found nothing there. I took an artifact for +3 morale and luck, then kept running. There were 2 Upgrades at the respawn, but I didn't see any Cons. I was hoping to find one to take the Upgrades, but my opponent surrendered after going all-in on a maxed-out Dwarf Cottage.
