Moreover, the templates can be made anonymous, which will make players work even harder. So, on the first day, it won't be that easy to guess the template and discard it if it's not "yours" (as in anarchy).
Here's an example of an RMG file; unpack it and put it in the folder \Heroes of Might and Magic 3\_HD3_Data\Templates in the only XL folder with the corresponding rmg.txt.
