NoQuickCombat Fix

Fix for the "AllCampaigs for NVS.pak" module, disabling the ability to quickly battle enemy heroes in the following campaign missions:
- "Betrayal" (mission folder name in the "C2M1" archive, "Worshipers" campaign) with Erathia;
- "Promise" (mission folder name in the "C2M2" archive, "Worshipers" campaign) with Stephen and Vayler;
- "Refugees" (mission folder name in the "C5M1" archive, "Ranger" campaign) with Biara;
- "Brothers" (mission folder name in the "A1C2M4" archive, "Wolfenstein's Challenge" campaign) with Rolf.

Download the archive with the fix. Then, open it, and copy all the files from the folders into the folders with the same names in the "AllCampaigs for NVS.pak" module.
