I didn't touch the city buildings because I want the unit to be compatible with the current mod and the vanilla game. The buildings there have different model values, so I'm not touching the buildings for now.
A simple Rukh is weak; it should be cheap and easy to build, while the upgrades should be expensive.
Tier 4 remains. Perhaps it's worth trying to make a stone lizard because Tier 1 and Tier 3 aren't particularly fast, and the lizard could have a speed of 5-7.
Alternatively, we could move the mage to Tier 4 and make Tier 5.
We could also consider the golem – turn it into a numidium that not only attacks but also casts various spells.
This is just a recolored Phoenix of the Zahara, with modified effects, and there's also a new effect for hitting a unit
