SubTerrain (2&3)

Fixmod_3.1 has been updated. The texture priorities for SubTerrain_(2) and SubTerrain_(3) have been increased from 33 and 35 to 35 and 36. This restores the missing paths in the Dungeon in the original game's campaigns and scenarios, as well as in Hammers of Fate, when playing as Tribes of the East. I will also attach the mod separately, which is integrated into fixmod_3.1 in this update, so it doesn't get lost.
