The mod has reached, perhaps, its final stage. I’m uploading the fix file, and at the same time, as planned, those who are interested can take a detailed look at the balance.h5u file (so they don’t have to download such a large file for this). The changes in the latest balance.h5u are of a cosmetic nature (a correction is needed due to the large gap between updates, so to speak, a consolidation), although it does affect some artifacts, so there may be incorrect characteristics for heroes in old saves. Place it in the UserMODs folder, replacing the files.
