RMG_AllUpgCombosInPacks
Further development of the AllUpgradesInPacks mod.
This mod allows the game to generate neutral units, including any combination of creature upgrades (in AllUpgradesInPacks, all creatures had the same upgrade). However, two creatures of the same level still cannot appear in the same unit.
