If anyone is interested, I found a patch online that translates the game into German! I tried installing it on two computers (the versions might be slightly different, but both are 4.0). On one, it installs perfectly, and on the other, there are some glitches when creating a map. But the gameplay is great on both versions.
It's added just like other modules. You copy it to the folder with the other patches, and then activate it in the HD mod.
