Russian fix for Heroes 6 180 for jewell by Buka

A small fix-mod for game version 1.8.0, which changes the name of the artifact set from "Set of the Great Lich" to "Набор Великого лича";)

Installation: The Data19.orc file needs to be placed in the game folder where other files with the same extension are located.
