The map comes from Heroes of Might & Magic II; I liked it so much that I ported it to Heroes of Might & Magic III: The Shadow of Death. It lay forgotten for a long time, and now it's here! Meet Pirate Utopia! (There are some minor changes; everything has been tested and works, the balance is good, and it's interesting to play.)
