SW: Archibald p1

All the troubles began three years ago, when the old king, Lord Ironfist, passed away.

The king left behind two sons. Roland was kind, honest, and noble, while Archibald was... not so good. According to tradition, the heir is chosen by the royal seer, but he died in a tragic accident during a sea voyage. His successors were also unlucky: Frederick fell out of a window, Roberta was killed by a dragon, and Johann died of food poisoning.

Archibald accused Roland of murdering the seers and issued a proclamation against him. Fearing for his life, Roland fled to his castle in the west.

With Roland gone, Archibald managed to influence the decision of the new royal seer. He chose Archibald, and Archibald crowned himself the next day.

Thus began the war of the heirs.
