Ladies and Gentlemen!
I would like to present to you the War of Legions map, which I found online a long time ago and which, without a doubt, deserves the attention of professionals. It is XL in size and designed for SoD 3.2+.
Its features include:
- extremely high density – there is very little free space on the huge map, a huge number of artifacts, quests, interesting events, and unique features;
- all 8 races are represented, and each has its own bonuses;
- monsters (as the name suggests) are present in stacks in very large quantities, so you almost always have to fight with intensity;
- despite all this, the balance between the races is very well maintained – I would only make a few adjustments.
I think everyone will be interested in playing it solo against 7 AI opponents, but I think we would get the real thrill if we found a way to play this map online – it would be a truly historic battle. I look forward to suggestions from those who are ready to participate.
P.S. I recommend playing the map a few times with AI opponents first to appreciate the variety of options!
