Town Management Screen

Provides detailed information about the current hero (role - governor or conquest, movement points, mana regen, extra gold income, owned dragon blood crystals, weekly reinforcements from artifacts, weekly summoned creatures) and global map settings - Governance (bonus dwelling production) and Town Conversion (max city and dwelling limits for the faction). The spell is a source of mulitple actions, the one to be executed depends on hero map location.
