Damage +1 Daggers do less damage than swords but offer increased speed and versatility. They are the only weapons that can be used to backstab an opponent. Additionally, they can be thrown at enemies. For that, you must perform a Power Strike when the enemy is fleeing or when your adrenaline is full.
