How the Knowledge Base works
The Knowledge Base is a community-built catalogue of game objects — creatures, heroes, artifacts, spells and more. Anyone signed in can help improve it. Here is how contributing and review work.
What is the Knowledge Base?
It is a curated, multilingual library of verified game data. Every entry keeps its stats, images and description in one consistent shape, so you can reference it from wiki pages and compare entries side by side. It complements the freeform wiki with reliable facts the site can reuse — a stat you embed in an article stays up to date everywhere.
How to contribute
Use "Add an entry" to create a new one or "Improve this page" to edit an existing one. A short wizard walks you through choosing the game, naming the entry and filling in the stats you know — you do not have to complete everything at once. The web address name is generated for you automatically.
Review and publishing
New entries and edits from contributors go into a review queue. A reviewer checks them and either publishes them, marks them as verified, or sends them back. Trusted contributors with publishing rights can publish their changes directly.
Draft, Published and Verified
Draft entries are still being worked on and are not shown publicly. Published entries are live and visible to everyone. Verified entries have been checked by a reviewer for accuracy and are the default shown on public pages. Editing a verified entry returns it to Published until it is checked again.
Used across the wiki
Because Knowledge Base entries are structured, verified data, wiki articles can pull them in directly — as an inline reference link, a full infobox, or a single live stat value that updates whenever the entry does. Only verified entries can be embedded.
Tips
Fill in only what you know — partial entries are welcome and others can complete them. Add an image when you have one, group related objects with the relations editor, and write a short summary of your change so reviewers understand it quickly.
