Water elementals appear in seas, rivers, lakes, and on glaciers where Shalassa, the Water Dragon God, reigns, or where a dragon spring saturated with water magic strikes. These elementals consist of crystallized water, sea foam, snowflakes, or ice shards. Those that appear in swamps and river deltas consist of mud and stagnant water.
