The troop's enchanted staff can strike the enemy at any distance. For far targets penalty is applied. This attack has a chance of imposing one negative effect on the target. The probability of each effect depends on the balance of hero's Talent Runes: a total 30% chance divided among Weakness, Slow, and Defenseless in proportion to Might, Spirit, and Magic Runes (10% each with no runes).
